R&R Palmetto Sales LLC Processing and Shipping Policy

At R&R Palmetto Sales LLC we understand that everyone enjoys having their purchases as quickly as possible. We strive to ship every purchase within 24 hours of order completion Monday – Friday. Orders placed prior to 12:00pm Monday – Friday will ship same day; any orders placed after 12:00pm will ship no later than the following business day Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm Friday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Please note shipping may be impacted on a rare occurrence due to holidays.

Order Status:

Once your order is complete a confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed with the account
Upon your order being shipped, tracking information will be sent to the same account email

Shipping:

Customers have the option to select the shipping method of choice (UPS or USPS) at checkout
Shipping rates will be presented based off the shipping method selected
For local customers (within 6 miles), a local delivery option may be available based off the following pre-tax purchase amounts:
- $0 - $24.99: $7 delivery fee
- $25 – $74.99: $5 delivery fee
- $75 and up: Free delivery
