R&R Palmetto Sales LLC Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at R&R Palmetto Sales LLC where we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer exchanges or refunds for store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. If more than 10 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to issue a refund. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted for items without a return authorization number from R&R Palmetto Sales LLC.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Item must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must have the original tags still attached.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Gift cards, sale items, and clearance items will not be eligible for refund.
- Holiday items cannot be refunded within two weeks (14 days) of the holiday.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
How to File for a Return:
- Please contact sherrie@rrpalmettosales.com with the following information:
- Name and Address
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- List of item(s) you would like to exchange or return for store credit
- Obtain a return authorization number (RMA #) from us.
- Ship the product back to the following address:

Shipping cost for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. R&R Palmetto Sales LLC will not be liable for returned packages lost in transit, we encourage customers to obtain tracking information when returning items to us. If an item is marked “Return to Sender” and/or R&R Palmetto Sales LLC is required to pay postage, the postage amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
*Please ensure you have the RMA # clearly posted on the outside of the return shipment – otherwise we may refuse the shipment as unrecognized.
Allow 2-3 business days for the Return/Exchange to be processed upon receipt of goods; shipment transit time could vary depending on shipping method chosen. An email confirmation will be delivered once credit has been issued.
We will exchange items at no cost to you if the item is damaged or defective. If you are exchanging an item, we will offer store credit for the purchase amount and provide a shipping label for you to send back.
